A r t i c l e 154.
Goods that have become unusable, corrupted or damaged
Goods imported into the customs territory of the Customs Union, have become unusable, corrupted or damaged due to accident or force majeure to carry out customs operations related to their placement under the customs procedure, including during the period of temporary storage, as well as carriage of goods According to the customs procedure of customs transit in the future when the commission in respect of customs operations are also considered as if they were imported into the customs territory of the customs union in disrepair, damaged or defective condition.
