The account of foreign trade
Under the methodology of a balance of payments

Exportation for limits of customs territory of Russian Federation of the goods which are taken into account Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS) according to a “common” system of the account of foreign trade, and also exportation of the goods which are not taken into account FCS of Russia: sold to the non-residents without intersection of customs border of Russia; acquired by foreign means of transport in the Russian ports; removed by the emigrants; removed from country by the natural persons with the purpose of their consequent realization; the other goods.

Importation on customs territory of Russian Federation of the goods which are taken into account FCS of Russia according to a “common” system of the account of foreign trade, and also receipt of the goods which are not taken into account FCS of Russia: acquired at the non-residents without intersection of customs border of Russia; acquired by the Russian means of transport in foreign ports; imported by the immigrants; not declared and - or uncertainly declared at importation by the legal persons; imported by the natural persons with the purpose of consequent realization; the other goods.
