A r t i c l e 82.
Terms of payment of customs duties and taxes
1. Terms of payment of customs duties and taxes established by Articles 81, 161, 166, 172, 197, 211, 214, 227, 228, 237, 250, 261, 274, 283, 290, 300, 306, 344 and 360 of this Code.
2. In establishing the customs procedures in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 202 of this Code deadlines for payment of customs duties and taxes are set in accordance with international agreements of - Members of the customs union and the law states - members of the customs union.
3. Terms of payment of customs duties and taxes on goods, especially the customs declaration which, in accordance with Article 194 of this Code are determined by the laws of the - members of a customs union, established by the legislation of that State - a member of the customs union.
