A r t i c l e 47.
Customs statistics of external merchandise trade
1. In order to analyze the status, dynamics and trends of foreign trade customs authorities are collecting and processing information about movement of goods across the customs border for the formation of customs statistics of foreign trade.
2. Customs authorities have the customs statistics of foreign trade in accordance with the methodology approved by the Commission of the customs union.
3. Customs authorities are the data of customs statistics of foreign trade:
Government, public bodies and other organizations of the State - a member of a customs union in accordance with the legislation of the State - a member of the Customs Union, customs authorities which provide such data;
international organizations in accordance with the provisions of treaties of the State - a member of the Customs Union, customs authorities which provide such data.
4. Commission of the Customs Union represents customs statistics of foreign trade customs union government bodies States - members of the Customs Union and international organizations in accordance with international treaties.
5. The Commission publishes a customs union customs statistics of foreign trade goods of the customs union in the manner and terms which are defined by decisions of the Commission of the customs union.
Customs authorities shall publish the customs statistics of foreign trade in the States - Members of the customs union in the manner and terms which are defined by the legislation of States - members of the customs union.
6. Customs authorities may be submitted to customs statistics of foreign trade in goods, not containing state, commercial, banking and other secrets protected by law (the secrets) or other confidential information, are interested in getting their organizations to the state - member of a customs union, with the exception of public authorities, in order and on the terms established by the laws of the State - a member of the Customs Union, customs authorities which provide such data.
