A r t i c l e 373.
Transitional provisions on the import (export) of goods in the territory (from the territories), the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation
1. Before the decision of the Interstate Council of Eurasian Economic Community (the supreme body of the customs union) at the level of Heads of State on the abolition of the present article, the goods do not originate from countries - members of a customs union and issued in accordance with the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption, and denial of re-importation the state on the territories of States - members of a customs union, are exported from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus and (or) the territory of the Russian Federation and (or) imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and (or) in the Russian Federation shall be placed under customs procedures in the manner prescribed by this Code.
2. The products described in paragraph 1 of this article, for customs purposes are treated as foreign goods
