(UNCTAD)

• The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) is an organ of General assembly of the United Nations. Was created in 1964 and now totals   191 countries - members.
• Main problems of organization:
  
  • Assistance to a development of international trade
  • Expansion of the investments and possibilities of a development of less developed countries, rendering assistance with the purpose of introduction them in global economy;
  • Rushing to equal in rights mutually advantageous cooperation between the states;
  • Development of the scalene recommendations in the field of operation of the international economic relations.
  
• The distinctive feature of this organization consists in realization of job on regional groups: the states - members are divided into 4 main groups with allowance for of their geographical disposition and level of a socio economic development.
• All decisions of a UNCTAD carry recommendational character in the form of the every possible applications, resolutions and т. Item. Under aegis of a UNCTAD the different conventions, agreement are developed. The maximum authority of a UNCTAD is Advice(council) on trade and development numbering in the structure 6 committees.
• UNCTAD established in 1964 as a constant inter-governmental organ , UNCTAD - basic organ of the United Nations dealing by trade, investment and problems  of a development.
• On the World symposium of the United Nations on efficiency of trade (USA, 1994) is accepted the decision on creation of a Worldnet of Centres on trade Global Trade Point Network (GTPNet), which has integrated through a web the Internet   shopping centers of the world (Trade Point)

• Russia was connected with this program in 1995 г.  Russian National Trade Point (RNTP) is created on the basis V/O "INFORMVES".
• Development Centre of RNTP  is created on the basis Agencies of foreign economic relations and telecommunications "INRADE" in 2002.
• The Agency INTRADE provides information and technical support the external economic server " RUSSIA - EXPORT - IMPORT " www.rusimpex.ru.
