ABOUT THE RATES OF CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR CUSTOMS REGISTRATION OF THE GOODS |
According to a part of 1 article 35710 of the Customs code of Russian Federation the Government of Russian Federation enacts: 1. To place(install), that the customs duties for customs registration of the goods, including means of transport transposed(dragged,moved,migrated) through customs border of Russian Federation as the goods, are paid under the following rates: 500 roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost do not exceed 200 thousand roubles inclusively; 1 thousand roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost constitutes 200 thousand roubles 1 copeck and more, but does not exceed 450 thousand roubles inclusively; 2 thousand roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost constitutes 450 thousand roubles 1 copeck and more, but does not exceed 1200 thousand roubles inclusively; 5,5 thousand roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost constitutes 1200 thousand roubles 1 copeck and more, but does not exceed 2500 thousand roubles inclusively; 7,5 thousand roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost constitutes 2500 thousand roubles 1 copeck and more, but does not exceed 5000 thousand roubles inclusively; 20 thousand roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost constitutes 5000 thousand roubles 1 copeck and more, but does not exceed 10000 thousand roubles inclusively; 50 thousand roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost constitutes 10000 thousand roubles 1 copeck and more, but does not exceed 30000 thousand roubles inclusively; 100 thousand roubles - for customs registration of the goods, which customs cost constitutes 30000 thousand roubles 1 copeck and more. 2. At customs registration of the goods transposed(dragged,moved,migrated) by a railway transport through customs territory of Russian Federation according to customs treatment of international customs transit, the customs duties for customs registration are paid at a rate of 500 roubles concerning each consignment transported on one waybill, in one means of transport. 3. At customs registration of Russian Federation, imported on customs territory, and Russian Federation, removed from customs territory, of valuable papers, íîìèíèðîâàííûõ in a foreign exchange, the customs duties for customs registration are paid at a rate of 500 roubles concerning a consignment of valuable papers which were made out on one customs declaration. 4. At customs registration of the goods transposed(dragged,moved,migrated) through customs border of Russian Federation by the natural persons for personal, family, home and other(other) irrelevant with accomplishment of enterprise activity, of irrelevant with accomplishment, the goods, remitted to address the natural person who is doing not follow through customs border Russian Federation), except for automobiles automobile, classified in documentary items 8702 and 8703 Documentary nomenclatures of foreign trade activities of Russian Federation, the customs duties for customs registration are paid at a rate of 250 roubles. 5. At customs registration of automobiles automobile, classified in documentary items 8702 and 8703 Documentary nomenclatures of foreign trade activities of Russian Federation Russian Federation, transposed(dragged,moved,migrated) through customs border, by the natural persons for personal, family, home and others irrelevant with accomplishment of enterprise activity of needs, the customs duties for customs registration are paid according to item 1 of the present decree. 6. At customs registration of the air, marine, river floating, mixed (river - sea,) of courts transposed(dragged,moved,migrated) through customs border of Russian Federation as the goods according to customs treatments of temporary importation, temporary exportation and processing (if operation on processing is the repair of such courts), and also at completion of an operation of customs treatments of temporary importation by reexport temporarily of imported courts, temporary exportation by reimport temporarily of exported courts, processing on customs territory by exportation of products of processing (courts) from customs territory of Russian Federation after conducted repair, and also processing outside of customs territory by a way issue for the free circulation of products of processing (courts) on customs territory of Russian Federation after conducted repair customs duties for customs registration are paid at a rate of 10 thousand roubles for a vessel. 7. In case of repeated submission of the customs declaration on the same goods at the application of the same customs treatment (except for submission of the complete customs declaration at periodic(batch) temporary of declaration) the customs duties for customs registration are paid at a rate of 500 roubles. 8.
