A r t i c l e 364.
Features of customs operations in respect of supplies
1. Customs operations in respect of supplies for import into the customs territory of the customs union are made in places of arrival, when exported from the customs territory of the customs union - the starting point of international transportation, or places of departure.
2. Supplies subject to customs declaration, without placing goods under customs procedures.
When the customs declaration supplies to as the customs declaration can be used by the declaration of goods, transport (transport), commercial and (or) other documents.
The list of information to be listed on the customs declaration with the customs declaration supplies, determined by the decision of the Commission of the customs union.
3. Customs operations in respect of supplies are made the same regardless of country of registration or nationality of vessels, aircraft or trains.
