A r t i c l e 366.
General transitional provisions
1. This Code applies to the relations regulated by the customs legislation of the Customs Union and emerged from the date of its entry into force.
2. Relations governed by the customs legislation of the Customs Union, arisen before the entry into force of this Code, this Code applies to those rights and obligations that arise after the date of its entry into force, subject to the provisions stipulated in Articles 367 - 372 of this Code.
3. If international treaties of the - members of a customs union under this Code, do not come into force at the time of entry into force of this Code, prior to their entry into force, the laws of states - members of the Customs Union, which regulates the appropriate relationship.
